1. Private Sessions

Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no extra cost.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.

If you are late or do not attend a session, no refund will be issued.
2. Ceremonies & Events

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

If you are unable to attend, tickets may be transferred to another person (please notify us in advance).

If an event is cancelled by us, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future ceremony.
3. Digital Products
(This includes meditation audios, videos, colouring sheets, guides, and online programs.)

Due to the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your product, please contact us and we will ensure you receive your purchase.
4. School & Group Bookings

Deposits for school or group bookings are non-refundable.

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior may be rescheduled where possible.

Cancellations within 7 days of the booking cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand life can bring unexpected challenges. If you are facing genuine hardship or exceptional circumstances, please contact us directly. Refunds or credits outside of this policy may be granted at our discretion.
