Bookings and Payments
All bookings must be made through the official booking links provided.
• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.
• Prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.
Cancellations & Refunds
Private Sessions: Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled time may be rescheduled. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
• Workshops & Ceremonies: Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior notice.
• If we need to cancel an event or session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer
Our services are complementary in nature. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any health concerns.
• By booking a session or attending an event, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
Ceremonial Cacao Disclaimer
Cacao may not be suitable for everyone, especially those who are pregnant, breastfeeding, on antidepressants, with heart conditions, or with other medical concerns.
• Please consult your healthcare provider before attending a cacao ceremony. Participation is at your own discretion and risk.
